    Celebration Chicken


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 (2-1/2 to 3 lb) chicken cut in pieces
    • I small onion diced


    Instructions


    1. Brown chicken and saute onions. Put in flat casserole dish. Do not layer chicken pieces. Add onion soup and liquids. Cover with lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until meat is tender.
