    Cook's Ham

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups Cook's brand Bone-in Ham, leftover or ham steak
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoons prepared horseradish
    2 teaspoons Dry Sherry
    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Finely chop ham in food processor or blender using on/off pulses. Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Serve on crackers, or gourmet breads. May garnish with walnuts and artichokes if desired.

    Yield: 4 servings
