    Brownie Bread - Bread Machine

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/8 cups water
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 teaspoons yeast
    3 cups plus bread
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 whole egg, 1 egg yolk
    1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)



    Recipe



    Bring the water to a boil, place cocoa in bread machine. Add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Add all other ingredients except nuts and process on specialty bread cycle. At the beep, add nuts.
