    Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls (My Favorite)

    List of Ingredients

I can't believe I've left this out this long. This is by far the best cinnamon roll recipe I've ever tried. You'll just have to trust me, I've tried my share. These are so tender and so moist. The only problem with them...is not pigging out on them all.

    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup water
1/2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz box - Place the rest in a covered container in the frige, you'll want to make these again soon. You wouldn't want to waste that half box of pudding now would you?
    1 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 cups bread flour
    2 1/2 tsp. yeast

    Filling:
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Optional: 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

    Frosting:
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. milk

    Recipe

    ROLLS:
Place ingredients in machine following the specifications of your machine. Set for dough cycle.

Prepare Filling while waiting for dough to finish.

    FILLING:
Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread softened butter over dough and sprinkle brown sugar mixture over top.

After completing dough cycle, remove from machine and roll out to 17x10" rectangle

Roll tightly together from long end, when completely rolled, seal edges closed. Slice rolled dough into 1/2-1" slices.

Place in greased baking pan that will hold all the rolls. I find my 12x12" Wilton cake pan works great. Cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray and let rise until doubled. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. You don't want to overbake these so keep an eye on them.

    FROSTING:
Cream together cream cheese and butter. Blend in vanilla and milk. Add powdered sugar. You can add more milk if necessary to get desired consistantsy.
