    Queen Ann Bread

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup Milk
    1/4 cup Water
    2 Eggs, room temperature
    3oz. pkg. Cream cheese (use only 1/2)
    1/2 cup Butter/oil
    3 cups Bread flour
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/3 cup Sugar
    1/8 tsp. Ground ginger

    Orange zest* 1 1/2 teaspoons
    1/2 cup Candied mixed fruit
    1/4 cup Flaked coconut
    2 1/4 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
    1/4 cup Sliced almonds

    Orange Glaze (Combine and blend until smooth.)
    Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
    Orange zest* 1/2 teaspoon
    Vanilla 1/8 teaspoon
    Orange juice 2 to 3 teaspoons



    Recipe



    Have liquid ingredients at 80º and all others at room temperature. Place in pan in order listed. Select sweet/basic/normal cycle. Do not use the delay timer. Check dough consistency after 5 minutes of kneading, making adjustments if necessary. Remove bread when cycle is finished; cool. Drizzle with Orange Glaze.
