Under the Sea Casserole
List of Ingredients
1 bag (16 ounces)frozen Mixed Vegetables
2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna in water, drained
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of celery soup
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup cheese-flavored fish-shaped crackers
Recipe
In medium bowl, combine vegetables and tuna.
Stir in rice, soup and milk.
Place tuna mixture in 1-1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish; cover and microwave on HIGH 6 minutes. Stir; microwave, covered, 6 to 8 minutes more or until rice is tender.
Stir casserole and sprinkle with crackers.
