    Lemon Cake Rice Krispy Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 box lemon cake mix (type with pudding in the mix works okay)
    1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg, beaten


    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350º.
    Mix ingredients well and shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10-12 minutes. Cookies will be chewy.
