    Easy Salsa Roast Beef Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients




    1 frozen roast (Yes, FROZEN!)
    1/2 large jar of large salsa, or one small jar of salsa (any brand).


    Recipe



    Place FROZEN roast in crock pot. Pour the salsa over the roast and let cook on high in a crock pot for about 5 hours. Shred the roast with a knife and fork. Put the lid back on and allow to cook another hour on low. Serve on sandwich rolls with desired toppings.
