    Peanut and Pretzel Scotchies

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
    1/4 cup peanuts
    2/3 cup Sweetened Condensed milk
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup butterscotch chips
    1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    Recipe



    In a large bowl combine crushed pretzels and peanuts; set aside.

    In a saucepan combine condensed milk, chocolate and butterscotch chips. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until melted (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Pour over pretzel and peanut mixture and stir until all is well coated.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Cool or chill in the fridge until firm.

    Store in covered container.

    Makes about 36 cookies.
