    3 cups confectioners sugar
    1 jar (7oz)marshmallow creme
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 bag (14oz)caramels
    3 tbsp. water
    1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine the sugar, creme and vanilla. Knead until smooth; mixture will be dry. Shape into six 4 1/2" by 1 1/4" logs. Cover and chill overnight. In the top of double boiler over boiling water, cook and stir caramels and water until well blended and smooth. Dip logs into caramel; roll in pecans. Place on cookie sheet lined with waxes paper. Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1/3 inch slices.

    Yield: about 6 1/2 dozen.
