Chris's Banana Cream Pie

Okay, you've had banana cream pie. You thought it was good right? Well I'm here to tell you that my friend Chris who gave me this recipe makes a really wonderful, creamy, delicious banana cream pie. On top of the that, she was kind of enough to share it. And as they say... Try it, you'll like it!

List of Ingredients

3-4 Bananas
2-3T Lemon Juice
Nilla Cookies
8oz. Cream Cheese
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk**
1 box Vanilla Instant Pudding
3/4 cup Cold Water
8oz Cool Whip Topping (reserve a dollop for topping)




Recipe

Line pie pan with cookies. Slice bananas and dip in juice, drain for a second. Then place on top of cookies. In a medium bowl whip cream cheese till soft. Add Milk slowly beating constantly. Add cold water and pudding mix. Refridgerate 10 MInutes. Fold in all but a dollop of cool whip. Pour in pan over bananas. Top with a the dollop of cool whip. Refrigerate for at least 3hrs or until set before serving.
