    Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

    List of Ingredients




    Choose desired crust from Ice Cream Pie Crust section, using an 8" pie plate
    1 18 ounce can pumpkined pie mix
    1 pint butter-pecan ice cream, softened
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons margarine or butter
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat pumpkin pie mix and ice cream until well mixed, but still frozen. Quickly spoon mixture into pie crust and freeze for 1 hour.

    In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, butter and 1 tablespoon of water to boiling. Remove from heat; stir in pecans. With spoon drizzle mixture over pie. Freeze until firm.

    Let pie stand 15 minutes before serving.
