    S'MORE Sundae's

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pints Rocky Road Ice Cream
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    5 oz semisweet chocolate chips
    16 large Marshmallows
    8 Graham crackers, broken in half at perforation

    Recipe



    To make chocolate sauce, bring cream to a simmer in a heavy small saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.

    Thread marshmallows onto skewers: hold over gas flame or under broiler until toasted.

    On 8 chilled dessert plates place a graham cracker half, top the cracker with a portion of the ice cream and top the ice cream with chocolate sauce.

    Crumble remaining 8 graham cracker halves and sprinkle over sauce then top with toasted marshmallows. Serve immediately
