Round Steak Italiano




List of Ingredients



• 2 lbs. trimmed round steak
  
• salt/pepper
  
• 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  
• 1 medium onion, chopped
  
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  
• 1 10 ounce can Italian style diced tomatoes
  
• 3/4 cup water
  






Instructions



1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
   
2. Dust both sides with flour.
   
3. Coat pan with cooking spray. Brown steak both sides; 3 minutes on each side.
   
4. Add rest of ingredients, bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook 1 hour.
