    Sausage, Peppers & Onions

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds Italian Sausage (sweet/mild/or hot)
    1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
    1 Red Pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
    1 Yellow Pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
    1 Green Pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
    2 large Onions, chopped

    Recipe



    In skillet cook sausage until done (no pink) approx. 20 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside. Drain grease and wipe skillet with paper towel. Add olive oil to skillet. Add peppers & onions to skillet and sauté until tender. Cut sausage into 1" slices or leave whole; add to skillet and reheat. Serve as a side dish or on rolls.
