    List of Ingredients

    1 kilo pork
    2 tablespoons cooking oil
    1 1/2 teaspoon garlic (7-10 gloves), peeled and minced
    1 big onion, peeled and chopped
    3 pieces tomatoes, chopped
    3 teaspoon salt
    6 tablespoons vinegar
    4 pieces potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
    2 pieces red bell pepper
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1/8 cup bread crumbs


    Slice pork into 2-inch cubes. Heat oil in pan. Saute in garlic, onions, and tomatoes. Season with salt. Add pork. Add vinegar and let boil for 5 minutes. Then add enough water or stock to make meat tender. Add potatoes. When almost done, add sliced pepper and tomato sauce. Thicken the resulting sauce with bread crumbs. Cook for 5 minutes thereafter. Remove from fire.

    Makes approximately 8 servings. You can use chicken instead of pork.
