    Cream Filled Strawberries

    List of Ingredients




    18 jumbo strawberries
    1 cup whipping cream
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp. almond extract

    Recipe



    Cut stem ends off strawberries. With sharp kinife, cut a deep X into the pointed end of strawberries. With fingertips gently spread each strawberry apart to make "petals"; set aside.

    In a small bowl, beat on medium speed, whipping cream until still peaks form; set aside. In a seperate bowl prepare pudding using only 1 cup of milk and almond extract.

    Spoon pudding mixture into whipped topping ixture.

    Pipe cream into strawberry petals using a pastry bag or just fill a storage bag half-way. Cut a small tip of the corner of bag off and use like a pastry bag.

    Cover and refrigerate.
