    Strawberries with Sweet Cream Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    6 cups strawberry slices
    3 tablespoons orange juice, divided
    1 8 ounce container cream cheese
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon skim milk
    Fresh mint leaves

    Recipe



    Toss strawberries with 2 tablespoons orange juice in small bowl, set aside.

    Place cream cheese, sugar, 1 tablespoon orange juice and milk in food processor. Process until well blended. Serve over strawberries.
