    Strawberry 7-Up Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup 7 UP
    4 Tbs. cornstarch
    1 small package of strawberry gelatin
    1 baked pie shell
    2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
    1 container cool whip or whipped cream



    Recipe



    Prepare a glaze by combining 7 Up, sugar and cornstarch and cooking and stirring until thick. Remove from heat and add and stir in dry gelatin. Place berries in a pie crust.Pour slightly cooled prepared glaze over berries. Top with cool whip or whipped tpping. Chill very well or several hours, overnight the best.
