    Strawberry Tea

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
    2 Earl Gray teabags
    1 teapotful (about 6 cups) boiled water

    Recipe



    Place the sliced strawberries in cheesecloth or a coffee filter. Using cotton string, tie this into a bundle. Put in the teapot. Add the teabags to the teapot. Pour boiled water over top and let steep covered for 10 minutes. Remove cheesecloth or tied coffee filter and teabag and serve.

    Serve as is, or with sugar or honey.
