Becky's Quick Potato Bread (ABM)

List of Ingredients

1 1/4 c. water
3 Tbs. butter or margarine
3 c. bread flour*
2 1/2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. potato flakes
1 1/2 tsp. yeast


Recipe

Add ingredients to bread machine pan per manufacturer's instructions.

Settings: Basic/White with Light or Medium Crust.
Makes a 1 1/2-pound loaf.

*Bearsy's Note: I had to add more flour, about 3 - 4 Tbs.
