Pepperoni Pizza Bread

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 LB LOAF

1 c Plus 2 tb water
3 c Bread flour
1/3 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
1 1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves
1 3/4 ts Yeast
2/3 c Sliced pepperoni

2 LB LOAF

1 1/3 c Water
4 c Bread flour
1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tb Sugar
2 ts Dried oregano leaves
1 1/2 ts Yeast*
1 c Sliced pepperoni




Recipe

Place all ingredients in bread machine except pepperoni. Add pepperoni in when raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends Select basic/white bread cycle and use medium or light crust. Yeast amount is correct although proportionately less than the smaller loaf.
