    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/4 c. melted Prairie Farms butter
    3/4 gal. Prairie Farms ice cream, softened
    1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. Prairie Farms butter
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. Prairie Farms half-and-half

    Recipe



    Combine cookies and melted butter; press into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Dip softened ice cream on top of cookie crust. Sprinkle peanuts on ice cream. Return to freezer. Combine the powdered sugar, butter, chocolate chips and half and-half. Boil for 8 minutes. Cool and pour on top of peanuts and ice cream. Freeze till ready to serve.
