    Source of Recipe

    Joyce'S

    List of Ingredients

29 ounces Can pears in syrup
8 ounces Cranberries -- fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup Sugar
    1 tablespoon Cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
    6 Refrigerated biscuits
    1 cup Heavy cream

    Recipe

Drain pears, reserving 1 cup syrup. Cut pears into bite-sized chunks.

In a 10 inch skillet, combine cranberries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and pear syrup. Over medium-high heat, heat mixture to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally.

Gently stir pear chunks into cranberry mixture; arrange biscuits on tip. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes longer until biscuits are heated through. Pass cream in small pitcher to pour over each serving.
