    Basic Deep Fried Vegetable Batter

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 c flour
    1/4 c milk
    1 tbsp. egg white
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 to 1c dry bread crumbs
    Salt to taste

    Recipe



    Whisk four, milk, egg white and celery salt until smooth. Dip vegetables in batter, then roll in crumbs.

    Fry in oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.




    Note: I have used this on shrimp as well.
