    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    3/4 oz Bacardi spiced rum
    1/2 oz Bacardi light rum
    1/4 oz apricot brandy
    1/2 oz coconut cream
    2 oz pineapple juice

    Mix or shake ingredients up and serve over ice with a pineapple orange wedge. You can also blend with 1 cup of crushed ice for a nice alternative.
