    "Maran Illustrated Bartending", by Technical Consultant Gavin MacMillan

    3/4 ounce Baileys
    3/4 ounces Frangelico
    4 ounces coffee
    whipped cream
    cocoa powder

    Add the Baileys and Frangelico to a preheated coffee glass. Slowly add the coffee to the glass. Top the drink with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cocoa powder and stir the drink.

    Makes 1 serving.
