Recipe Introduction
This is really delicious, especially in the summer months when it is hot. I never need dessert after one of these as it is quite filling. /jmp
1 ounce Creme de Banana
1 ounce dark Creme de Cacao
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
nutmeg (optional)
whipped cream -- for garnish
Mix all ingredients in a blender at a slow speed until smooth. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
