    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 peach -- pitted and sliced
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
    1 ounce apricot brandy
    1 tablespoon sugar
    dash vanilla
    1 cup cracked ice
    1 peach slice -- for garnish
    lime wedge -- for garnish

    Combine peach, lime juice, whiskey, brandy, sugar and vanilla in blender or food processor. Blend 10 second. Add ice and blend 15 seconds longer.

    Pour into a chilled 12-ounce glass and garnish with the peach slice and lime wedge which have been placed on a skewer.
