    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    3/4 cup cold pineapple juice
    1 small ripe banana -- chunk
    5 frozen or fresh strawberries -- sliced
    1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1 tablespoon honey -- optional

    Place all ingredients in a blender and process to the desired consistency.

    Each serving provides: 353 cal, 1 gr fat, 2% fat, 6 gr fiber.
