    1 medium banana
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 teaspoons baking cocoa
    1 teaspoon powdered instant coffee
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    3 ice cubes (3 or 4) -- cracked

    Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add
    ice cubes. Cover and blend about 15 seconds or until blended. Serve immediately.

    Per serving: 135 calories; 1g fat (1g saturated, 10 calories from fat); 2mg cholesterol; 65mg sodium; 27g carbohydrate
    (1g dietary fiber); 5g protein.
