    "The Heart Smart Cookbook", by the Detroit Free Press & Henry Ford Health System

    1 1/2 lb ground turkey -- uncooked
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp ground sage
    1/4 tsp dried marjoram
    1/4 tsp ground thyme
    1/8 tsp ground savory
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    cooking spray

    In medium sized, mixing bowl combine all ingredients except cooking spray. Stir well. Shape mixture into 12 patties, cover and chill at least 1 hour.

    Coat skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high. Place patties in skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear when pressed with spatula.

    Prep Time: 70 minutes
    Cook Time: 10 minutes
