    Sesame Spinach Salad

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 pound fresh spinach
    1 cup mushrooms -- sliced
    1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
    1 tablespoon water
    1 tablespoon walnut oil
    few dashes sesame oil
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds -- toasted

    Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with spinach.

    Per serving: 71 calories, 0 mg cholesterol, 5g carbohydrate, 3 g protein, 217 mg sodium, 5 g fat
