    Curried Egg Dip For Shrimp

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 hard cooked egg*
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons green onion & tops -- chopped
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    cooked shrimp

    * Very finely chopped.

    Mix together thoroughly the mayonnaise, chopped egg and ginger.

    Peel garlic and crush thoroughly with the salt (or mash garlic and mix with salt, or add separately). Add garlic and salt, onion, curry powder and lemon juice, blend well.

    Put in small bowl surrounded by veggies. Also good with crackers.
