    RUB: Jamaican Jerk Rub #2

    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme -- crushed
    1 teaspoon ground allspice
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

    Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Rub evenly over desired meat.

    Yield: 8 teaspoons
