    3/4 cup water
    1/3 cup shredded apple
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon margarine
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated orange peel
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1 teaspoon bread machine yeast -- or active dry yeast
    1/3 cup raisins -- optional


    Recipe
