    5 apples -- peeled and sliced

    Batter

    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 egg -- beaten
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Topping

    1/4 cup Splenda
    3 tablespoons light margarine -- melted
    cinnamon, to taste
    1/4 cup cold water

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º. Grease (or spray with Pam) an 11" x 7" baking dish. Place apples in the bottom of the prepared dish. Combine batter ingredients and smooth over apples.
    For topping: mix sugar, butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of cake mixture. Then sprinkle water over all.

    Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
