    8 ounce container Cool Whip Free
    2 packages sugar-free fat-free instant pudding
    2 cups skim milk
    1 box reduced fat Nilla wafers
    2 cups fresh blueberries

    Recipe



    With an electric mixer, beat the Cool Whip, pudding mixes, and milk on low speed for about 2 minutes. Stir in the blueberries with a spoon.

    Put a layer of the Nilla wafers on the bottom of an 8" square casserole dish; cover the wafers with half of the pudding mixture. Place another layer of the wafers, then the remaining pudding.

    Sprinkle with some crushed wafers on top to suit your taste.

    Serves: 9
