    15 ounces pumpkin
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    3/4 cup Splenda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/4 teaspoon cloves

    Recipe



    Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie tin sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes, then at 375º for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with Cool Whip Free.
