    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup Canola oil
    2 egg whites
    1 egg
    1 cup apple juice
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3/4 cup wheat flour
    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    3 cups apple -- peeled and sliced

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 10" tube pan. In mixing bowl beat sugar, Splenda and oil until combined. Add egg, egg whites and vanilla to mixture; beat on medium speed until creamy, about 1 minute. Stir in apple juice. In another bowl combine dry ingredients; then stir into egg mixture. Gently stir in apples and walnuts. Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake at 350º for 60 - 65 minutes.
