    1/2 cup light margarine
    3/4 cup skim milk
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup Splenda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 cups sliced peaches

    Recipe



    Turn on oven to 350º. Put margarine in 8" x 8" baking dish and place in oven to melt. Make a batter of dry ingredients and milk. Pour batter into dish of hot butter, do not stir. Add fruit, do not stir.

    Bake 350º for 50 - 55 minutes. Note: add cinnamon to batter, if desired.
