    Sharp Carousel Convection Microwave Cookbook

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup flour
    1 tablespoon Splenda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 cup light margarine
    4 peaches -- 4 - 5 medium, peeled and sliced
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup fat-free sour cream
    1 tablespoon Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine flour, 1 Tbsp. Splenda, salt and baking powder in food processor; mix well. Add the margarine and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Turn mixture into baking pan 8 X 8 inches; pat evenly over bottom and one-fourth way up the sides.
    Arrange peaches on top of flour mixture. Combine Splenda and cinnamon; sprinkle over peaches. Combine sour cream, Egg Beaters; pour over peach mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes on *LOW MIX, 375º or until juice begins to bubble. Cool; cut into squares.

    *For conventional oven bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
