    20 ounces crushed pineapple in light syrup
    1 package sugar-free fat-free instant pudding -- vanilla
    4 full sheets graham crackers
    1 cup Cool Whip Lite


    Recipe



    In an 8" square pan place the graham crackers. Combine crushed pineapple and juice, with the dry pudding mix; fold in the Cool Whip. Pour over crackers and chill.
