    1 package sugar-free fat-free instant pudding
    2 cups water
    1 small package sugar-free strawberry--flavored gelatin
    4 cups fresh strawberries -- sliced
    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust

    Recipe



    Dissolve pudding mix in 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately add jello. Stir until dissolved. Set aside and allow to cool to room temp.
    Meanwhile, slice strawberries into the crust. When the pudding mixture has cooled to room temp, pour it over the strawberries. Refrigerate until firm.
