    3/4 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
    2 cups reduced fat Bisquick
    1 can fat-free CONDENSED milk -- (14 oz)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 egg
    granulated sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Beat together milk, egg and peanut butter until smooth. Add the biscuit mix and vanilla; mix well. Shape into approx. 1 inch balls. Roll balls in sugar and arrange 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6-8 minutes until lightly browned.

    Yield: 5 dozen

    NOTES : To make as a bar cookies. Spray an 11 x 7" baking dish with Pam; set aside. Preheat oven to 350º. Add 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips to dough. Place dough in prepared baking dish and bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
