    1 pound fish fillets
    1 cup skim milk
    1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/8 teaspoon parsley
    1/4 teaspoon Molly McButter granules
    1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon paprika

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º. Place fish fillets in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2" baking dish. Sprinkle with the butter buds. Add milk to surround the fillets, but not cover them. Sprinkle the spices over the fish.

    Bake, uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.

    Serves: 4
