    Cheese Stuffed Shells

    List of Ingredients

    1 package stuffing shells
    1 pound fat-free ricotta cheese
    1/2 pound fat-free cottage cheese
    1/4 pound fat-free mozzarella cheese -- grated
    1/3 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese -- grated
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup cracker meal -- or use plain breadcrumbs
    2 pints spaghetti sauce

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375º. Boil the shells 15 minutes. Set aside.
    Mix the remaining ingredients except the sauce. Stuff the shells with the cheese mixture. Pour 1 pint of the sauce into a casserole; arrange the shells over the sauce. Add the second pint of sauce.

    Bake covered for 30 minutes.
