    Using Egg Beaters, evaporated skimmed milk, light margarine, fat-free cheese and bacon bits are the secrets to lightening this one up!

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
    2 tablespoons evaporated skimmed milk
    4 ounces fettucine -- or linguine
    2 teaspoons light margarine
    1/4 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese -- grated
    2 tablespoons parsley sprigs
    1 tablespoon bacon bits

    Recipe

    Stir together the milk and Egg Beaters. Cook the pasta; drain well. Return the pasta to the hot saucepan; immediately pour the egg mixture over the pasta; add the margarine. Stir over low heat 2 minutes. Add the Parmesan, parsley, and bacon bits. Toss until combined and serve immediately.
