    I got this recipe from a customer of mine. Although I've had several different pumkin breads before, none were as moist as this one. I think you will like it.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups sugar
    1 cup corn oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 cup chopped nuts
    3 1/2 cups flour
    2 cups pumpkin
    2/3 cup water

    Recipe



    Cream together sugar, oil, and eggs
    Add salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, soda, flour, pumkin, water, and chopped nuts.
    Mix well
    Pour into greased loaf pan
    Bake 350 deg. for 1 hour or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.


    NOTE: can be frozen.

    1 1/2 times the recipe will make 5 small loafs
