CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

List of Ingredients




1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup shortening
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
5 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 12-ounce package of milk chocolate chips

Recipe



In a mixer bowl beat butter, and shortening until mixed. Add brown sugar, and sugar cream together until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix slowly until eggs are broken up. (DO NOT mix until eggs are totaly mixed in.) Add baking soda, salt, and half the flour and mix till dry ingredients are wet. Add remaining flour and mix till dry ingredients are wet. Add chocolate chips and only mix until chips are evenly
dispersed through dough.
Bake at 375 DEG. for 9 minutes, or until barely golden brown.
